1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the kg999n platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

- You are accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of kg999n or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game suppliers.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where accessing such services is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the kg999n platform or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
kg999n takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. If a player fails to supply adequate verification within the timeframe specified by our compliance team, we reserve the right to suspend account access and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the originating payment method where technically possible, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in their entirety.

3 Account Registration
To access the full range of kg999n services — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a valid player account. Registration is free of charge and subject to the following conditions:
- One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active kg999n account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

- Verification: kg999n may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
- Account currency: All kg999n accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions are processed in BDT only.
kg999n reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Suspected fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise irregular registrations will be declined and reported to relevant authorities where required.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
kg999n supports a range of locally relevant payment methods to ensure convenient, fast access for players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:
- Approved deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change; always check the Cashier section of your account for the current list.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may vary.
- Deposit processing: Mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited within 2–10 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the originating bank's processing times.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal processing: Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 1–24 hours for mobile banking methods and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals may be subject to additional compliance review for amounts above ৳50,000.
- Same-method policy: Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. kg999n reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kg999n does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency or any other currency.
kg999n does not charge players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
Any deposit made using funds that do not belong to you, or any attempt to use stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise improperly obtained payment credentials, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities. Associated accounts will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
kg999n offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method.
- Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

- Abuse and fraud: Attempting to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy deemed abusive by kg999n will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential permanent suspension of involved accounts.
kg999n reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is amended after it has been claimed by a player, the terms applicable at the time of claiming will generally be honoured, unless the amendment is required to address fraud or abuse.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kg999n platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register with false identity details.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you have previously self-excluded from kg999n.
- Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in games or betting markets. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, including money laundering.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or kg999n staff members.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the kg999n platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account balance to another person.
kg999n employs advanced fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) systems that monitor account activity on a continuous basis. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review by our compliance team. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable regulations.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your kg999n account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be handled in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation or compliance review may not be eligible for immediate closure.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period (temporary or permanent) through your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Requests to lift a temporary self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
Closure or Suspension by kg999n: kg999n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at staff or other players.
- At the direction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an account is closed by kg999n due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, if kg999n withdraws from the Bangladesh market), any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg999n's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kg999n shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.
- Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks.
- Losses arising from the player's reliance on inaccurate information displayed as a result of a technical error or data feed malfunction.
- Losses resulting from the player's own breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kg999n's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The kg999n platform, its games, and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
